Payments are scheduled for processing on the 1st and 15th of each calendar month. If either of these dates falls on a weekend or public holiday, payments will be processed on the next business day. Statements are issued monthly, regardless of the twice-monthly payment schedule.
This management is arranged by: Olympia Property.
Olympia Property is authorized to spend up to one week's rent or $500 on repairs without prior approval, except in emergencies or Tribunal-directed repairs. For all other repairs, prior approval from the Owner is required.
Option A: The Owner consents to baseline methamphetamine testing before and after each tenancy.
Option B: The Owner declines testing and acknowledges associated risks.
From February 11, 2021, a 63-day notice is required if the Owner or family intends to move in.
Olympia Property is authorized to arrange annual chimney cleaning for safety and insurance compliance.
This document constitutes the entire agreement, replacing prior arrangements.
Changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
The Owner confirms all provided information is accurate and that they have the legal authority to enter this agreement.
